TWO ATTITUDES

But the blood of Christ “speaketh better things than that of Abel” (Hebrews 12:24) THE COMING WAR AND DELIVERER Isaiah 8:14 And he shall be for a sanctuary: But for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, For a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. ‘Notes” Sanctuary…stone of stumbling…offence. Either he is the cornerstone of our lives (see Isaiah 28:16) or He is a rock over which we fall. See Romans 9:33; 1 Peter 2:6-8 Two attitudes toward the corner stone are evident (1)some trust in Him; (2) others reject him and, as a result, stumble and fall
